Tocaya Organica is the perfect quick stop for modern Mexican food. This fast-casual, mini-restaurant chain is giving Mexican food a fresh, clean spin, and yes…it’s actually good. They use locally sourced organic products to ensure that the menu is always 100% organic and sustainable. Build your own salad, bowl, taco, or burrito using your choice of protein and queso (vegan options included). They even have small plates like guac, sweet potato bravas, or tortilla soup, making it a great spot for happy hour. Tocaya doesn’t stop there. For drinks there’s matcha, creamy horchata, cold-pressed juice, and wait for it…margaritas, which is what we really care about, right? As if a meal could be complete without dessert, the waffle ice cream sandwich houses salted caramel ice cream between two churro waffles and is then topped with chocolate sauce. Just get it.
