Arlo Hotel NoMad: NYC

Arlo NoMad is a lively hotel in the bustling neighborhood of Midtown. It’s a short walk to the Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, and lots of shopping + restaurants. I’m talking…not even a block from Blank Slate Coffee {hello delicious lattes and avocado toast with a drizzle of honey}. The rooms are a little tight, but we didn’t mind, because of the price and great location. We also probably got the smallest one as a result of booking last minute on the Hotel Tonight app.

As for the food…Arlo has delicious options! I was really impressed with their restaurant, Massoni. We had planned on going somewhere else, but didn’t want to make the trudge in the cold rain and ended up there! The food is “Italianish” and was incredible. No matter the season, make sure you visit the rooftop. The view is absolutely stunning and they have a trendy bar called The Heights. The bar doesn’t seem to be open in the winter though or if the weather is poor.

We pay for a majority of our hotel stays. So if I don’t like a place I’ve stayed, I will not add it to my website.
